- list of references/letters of recommendation
- transcripts (law school and undergraduate)
- writing sample
Primary selection criteria: Class rank in top 10% preferred; law review or comparable (law review editor preferred); writing and research experience
Applications accepted beginning: Until filled
Number of clerkships available: Varies from year to year
Salary: The minimum salary for staff attorneys is $64,073.14 with graduation from an accredited law school. Positions usually are filled at the minimum.
