ADA Information

The Florida Supreme Court is committed to full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).  Reasonable accommodations are provided for qualified court participants with disabilities, in accordance with the law.  As required by the ADA, the determination of the accommodation appropriate to a particular situation is an individualized inquiry and each decision is therefore made on a case-by-case basis.

Notice to Persons with Disabilities

If you are a person with a disability who needs any accommodation in order to participate in a Supreme Court proceeding or event, you are entitled, at no cost to you, to the provision of certain assistance.  Please contact the Supreme Court Marshal's Office by phone (850) 488-8845 as far in advance as possible, preferably 7 days before the event.  If you are hearing or voice impaired, call 711.
