  • transcripts (law school and undergraduate)

Primary selection criteria: Class rank in top 10%; law review or comparable (law review editor preferred); writing and research experience

Number of clerkships available: Varies from year to year

Salary: The minimum salary for staff attorneys is $64,073.14 with graduation from an accredited law school.  Positions usually are filled at the minimum.
