Judicial Staff Attorney Application Procedure:

- resume, including GPA and class rank

- transcripts (law school and undergraduate)
- writing sample
Applications accepted beginning: Until filled
Number of clerkships available: Two for the 2025-26 term.
Salary: The minimum salary for staff attorneys is $73,227 with graduation from an accredited law school. Positions usually are filled at the minimum.
