SC2023-0055 Tyrone T. Johnson v. State of Florida
Hillsborough County

This direct appeal of a death sentence raises seven issues challenging Johnson’s conviction and sentence in the 2018 shooting death of his girlfriend, Stephanie Willis, and her 10-year-old son, Ricky Willis. He was sentenced to death for the first-degree murder of Ricky Willis.
